If you know someone who has met the following requirements and you would like to nominate them for REALTOR® of the Year, submit your nomination by October 31, 2024!

REALTOR of the YEAR must:

• be a member in good standing of the Aiken Association of REALTORS®.
• have been a member of the Association for at least three (3) years and must have served as an officer, director, or participant on a committee during the last three (3) years.
• have attended at least two (2) AAOR events in 2024.
• be a full-time licensed broker or salesperson and work in the day-to-day field of Real Estate.
• be active in civic or community affairs. 
• be a leader.
• have earned the respect of fellow REALTORS® through their actions in the day-to-day business of Real Estate.
• be honest, and trustworthy.
• must display the highest degree of unquestionable integrity and moral character with associates, clients, and the public.
• adhere with strict compliance to our Code of Ethics.

DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS IS OCTOBER 31, 2024!

Voting for REALTOR of the Year will be by electronic ballot November 1-17!

The winner will be announced at the annual Jingle and Mingle on December 10th at the Wow Club at SRP Park!
