If you know someone who has met the following requirements and you would like to nominate them for REALTOR® of the Year, submit your nomination by October 31, 2025!

REALTOR of the YEAR must:

• be a member in good standing of the Aiken Association of REALTORS®.
• have been a member of the Association for at least three (3) years and must have served as an officer, director, or participant on a committee during the last three (3) years.
• have attended at least two (2) AAOR events in 2025.
• be a full-time licensed broker or salesperson and work in the day-to-day field of Real Estate.
• be active in civic or community affairs. 
• be a leader.
• have earned the respect of fellow REALTORS® through their actions in the day-to-day business of Real Estate.
• be honest, and trustworthy.
• must display the highest degree of unquestionable integrity and moral character with associates, clients, and the public.
• adhere with strict compliance to our Code of Ethics.

Voting for REALTOR of the Year will be by electronic ballot.

The winner will be announced at the annual Jingle and Mingle on December 10th at the Wow Club at SRP Park!
