2024 Awards Nominations Open

AAOR is now accepting nominations for our 2024 Awards. 

DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS IS OCTOBER 31, 2024!

Members will vote for the award winners by electronic ballot November 1-17!

The winner will be announced at the Jingle and Mingle on December 10th at the Wow Club at SRP Park.

 

 

 

 

 

 

REALTOR® of the YEAR Eligibility & Criteria:

  • be a member in good standing of the Aiken Association of REALTORS®.
  • have been a member of the Association for at least three (3) years and must have served as an officer, director, or participant on a committee during the last three (3) years.
  • have attended at least two (2) AAOR events in 2024.
  • be a full-time licensed broker or salesperson and work in the day-to-day field of Real Estate.
  • be active in civic or community affairs. 
  • be a leader.
  • have earned the respect of fellow REALTORS® through their actions in the day-to-day business of Real Estate.
  • be honest, and trustworthy.
  • must display the highest degree of unquestionable integrity and moral character with associates, clients, and the public.
  • adhere with strict compliance to our Code of Ethics.

AAOR Good Neighbor Award Eligibility & Criteria:

  • Active REALTOR® or Affiliate member in good standing of the Aiken Association of REALTORS®.
  • Demonstrates volunteerism.

Rookie of the Year will be awarded to a REALTOR® for outstanding effort in the interest of their profession, customers, clients, and community. Candidates must be nominated by their Broker in Charge or Managing Broker. 

 

Rookie of the Year Eligibility & Criteria:

  • Must be nominated by their Broker in Charge or Managing Broker.
  • A member in good standing of the Aiken Association of REALTORS®.
  • Must be newly licensed and joined AAOR within 24 months prior to nomination.
  • Must be a full-time licensed broker or salesperson and work in the day-to-day field of Real Estate.
  • Demonstrates
    • REALTOR® Spirit: high principles of integrity, adherence to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, and furtherance of good real estate practice principles
    • Civic Activity: Participation in civic and service clubs, charitable activities, political commissions, fraternal or religious groups.
    • Business Accomplishments: professional business conduct and service to clients.
    • Participation in AAOR by attending at least two events or serving on a committee.
